My very first vlog....your gift for my Bandiversary Party! I wanted to reflect on the year. Sorry about the lighting...and OMG remind me not to sit between two windows again...my hair looks white and the downward light makes me look like I'm 100...I need a serious BDD intervention!

LOVE the vlog...you looked great! Geneen Roth has a new book that I read about in Oprah if youre interested. I think its called Women food and God and its basically to help us figure out when and why we have head hunger (emotional eating). Oprah seemed to love it but I still think she needs a band!!!

Happy Bandiversary. You look beautiful. Your top 10 list is very helpful. I will be so glad when my insurance requirements are done and I can get down to business. Only 2 more months to go - actually less than 2 months since my next appt is 5/5. Then I hope approval comes quickly and I have my surgery date by end of June. And hopefully I will be as successful as you.
OH Happy Bandversary to you BG. You are the BEST. I just loved the little video it was wonderful. Everything you said I agree with. What a big help to all the newbies out there. Boy this journey has gone so fast. I remember Vloging to you on the morning of my surgery. Thank you for all of your support. My stress has gone away for today. I do a number on myself with the stress. I am on vacation and in Vermont relaxing. The snow is gone now. Shopping and a new size 12 is making very happy.
