Thanks for sharing this. I just calculated what I need to lose in order to reach my 40% and it's 110 so that will be my long term goal.

Far out - I have lost 33% of my body weight. What a great chart you found. Thats a loss of 83 pounds.. nifty. You'rs is better though :) Nice going.
Thanks for the calculator, I've lost 34% of my body weight. Coincidentally, I'll be at 40% just around the 100 lbs lost mark too.
