  1. WOW! Nice going. Wonder what mine would look like. Look at that - a nice steady decrease. Congrats, chicklett!!!

  2. Oh this is wonderful. Just great news. You are such an inspiration. I am so proud of how you are able to graph this all out. Slow and steady is the name of this game. Best wishes and have a great day. So happy for you and all of us that get to benefit from your wonderful blogs. Thanks again. imaluckydog

  3. Excellent post and wonderful reminders that weight loss is a journey--not a race!!! When I started my own journey(August 2007), I did not have the benefit of all of these wonderful blogs to keep it real. Thus, I got frustrated a bit. My impatience was showing. Now that I'm this far out and have had the wonderful support, inspiration and guidance from so many other lap banders and have lived through it all myself, I recognize what we veteran banders can give back to those just starting out their journeys or in the midst of them! You have done this extraordinarily!
Congrats on your success (and I'm so impressed with your excel ability!)
    Onward!

  6. Thanks for the great post. Why is it we want to lose all our weight in the first month. Makes us all sit up and think.

  8. Gorgeous WL graph! My doc always says 1 lb per week is the norm. But hard to accept that!

How do you feel now with your GB gone?

  9. Thanks so much for this post! I try so hard to tell myself to relax when I don't see the scale move for a while, but it's so easy to get caught up in those numbers. It's great to see that you still had your plateaus and spurts, and look how great you've done! Time for me to step back and see the forest instead of obsessing over all these trees! :)

  10. Nice chart! Thanks for your comment on my blog. My insurance requires me to stay the same or lose in the 6 months. I have stayed pretty much the same except I have gained muscle mass. So we will see.

  13. I know I just realized today that I have officially lost 20lbs in less than 2 months as of today. When I thought of it as 10 lbs a month I was like woah! That's good! Patience is key, thanks for sharing your graphs. I have a weight tracker app on my i-phone and it has a graph too. Neato!
