There is a lot of good info in here. SO much that I may have to print it off to re-read over again.. I find I can use info better if it is in black and white. You have done amazing... Congrats to you girl..
So despite our earlier quantity disagreement we have pretty much followed the exact pathway plan. I think the clincher was the gradual change in behaviors at least for me.
Do you mean I shouldn't rip out my band and feel like a gigantic failure in my 3rd month b/c I am having a stall? I thought I'd had this band thing researched pretty well--but you expressed what is secretly (or not so secretly) going through my mind at more desperate moments.
BG, Girl friend you are spot on with this BLOG. Excellent and Great job Thanks so much.
I am just back from my lecture where I was a guest speaker and the other guest was a young man who had lost 200 lbs. with the GBP he was impressive. He was at his 1 year anniversary and me only 9 months into LB with a loss of 97 lbs. I brought a pair of my largest pants and it was a wow moment for me. When I held them up and my body could fit into one leg!!! I love working with my LB and I am so looking forward to maintenance with you as my teacher. Best Wishes to you. Love imaluckydog
There you go again, crawling in my brain and putting my thoughts up on the screen for me! I have a plan in my pea brain that mostly resembles what you've described. I have a plan for how I'm going to get to my "no goals". :) Ironically, that was to be my blog tomorrow - my plan of attack. That pre-op appt was enlightening, if not for anything other than proving to me what I wanted to do is mirror you yet again.

Thanks BG! It's so helpful to me to read your blog as I potentially start my 6 month diet in preparation for the LB surgery. Thank you! Thank you!
